I’m in my fabulous 50s (yes, I said it!) and have ridden the wild rollercoaster of menopause, with all its unexpected twists and turns. Let me tell you, it’s been a journey, but one that’s taught me so much about resilience, self-care, and embracing life’s imperfections.

 

With a background in mental coaching and occupational guidance, I’ve made it my mission to help others navigate those stuck moments in life—whether it’s a personal challenge, a career crossroads, or something in between. Trust me, I’ve been there. I’ve learned that taking a mindful, vital approach can be a game-changer, and I’m here to share what’s worked for me and so many others.
